Implementation
Choose how much of your sales workflow you want us to build with you
WokFow can be self-configured, built collaboratively with your team, or delivered as a managed sales workflow within an agreed scope.
What does implementation include?
Implementation turns business knowledge, prompts, sales scripts, stages, handoff rules and test scenarios into a usable workflow. AI training here means configuring and tuning the system around the business; it does not mean training a new foundation model.
Three implementation models
DIY gives the internal team the platform and responsibility to configure it. DWY creates the first priority funnels together with the team. DFY maps the agreed sales playbook, builds the workflow and continues review according to the selected scope.
A practical delivery flow
Discovery comes first, followed by input collection, knowledge and flow configuration, user acceptance testing, handover and ongoing optimisation. This sequence makes the answer boundary, owner, stop condition and next action visible before the workflow is used daily.
What the customer provides
The customer provides accurate product details, prices, policies, FAQs, common objections, existing scripts and an approval owner. WokFow can organise and configure the workflow, but the business still owns the truth of its offer and operating rules.
No artificial guarantees
A collaborative onboarding structure is not a promise of a fixed launch date or revenue result. Final scope, channel requirements, custom integrations and any one-off work should be confirmed in the proposal before implementation.
